The Aluminized Aramid Suit, also known as the Molten Metal Suit, is engineered for maximum protection against extreme heat (up to 1200–1400°C) and cuts.

Its outer shell is made from premium aluminized para-aramid knitted blend fabric, tested to the latest European norms. The middle layer features neoprene-coated fabric as a vapor barrier, while the inner layers use inherently flame-resistant non-woven lining for superior insulation.

With a weight of 460 GSM, the suit includes a jacket & trouser, hood with visor, gloves, and boots. Key features include an FR zipper jacket with Velcro flap, elastic-waist trousers with adjustable FR suspenders, hood with IS 2745 helmet, wool-lined FR gloves, and neoprene-sole boots. Stitched with aramid thread as per EN 388 & EN 407, it comes in a universal XL size.
